Does Attention Deficit Disorder adjustment the affects of smoking?

A friend told me it lessens the affect. I wasn't sure if this be true so I asked my science teacher. She said she didn't know but she have heard it made the affects worse, and she have also heard it lessen affects. Does any know for sure?Does Attention Deficit Disorder adjustment the affects of smoking?
I do remember reading in the book "Driven to Distraction" that smoking pot is extremely bad for empire with ADHD. That it increases the mental confusion but is appealing because of the stormy calming. ADHD nation can get addicted easier and it will clear their symptoms worse overal.
I read in another book - sorry forget which one - that nicotein (forgive the spelling but you know what I mean) does give the impression of being to help the symptoms of ADHD surrounded by one study. But that was the pure nicotein (like within the patch), not cigarrettes which contain a billion other chemicals that may negate the positive effects.
It can not justify a smoking craving as the prescription medications are cheaper, will work better, and don't hold as many glum effects. And they have some great long acting medication now close to Concerta and Strattera where you merely have to transport them once a day.
how? would it distract you from getting lung cancer?
