Do i own skin cancer?

about ultimate summer i worked at a golf coarse mowing the lawn and stuff similar to that well soon i got sun burned pretty correct and i noticed after the sun burn go away i had this little red patch on the tip on my feeler its pretty small not really noticeable until u get hold of close to me but it wont go away and this year i notice this white speck on my hand its really small just noticeable and also have this white speck on my penis too im only 17 could i own skin cancer or somthing?Do i own skin cancer?
I doubt it is skin cancer...how much sun did your penis get ending summer??
