My sinuses have be drippy and I am constantly hacking up mucus from the backbone of my thoat. Has anyone used a neti pot?Do Neti pots work?
I have a friend who swears by hers but I find it merely works so-so. It washes out the unwanted items and if you add the right stuff to the wet, it can soothe the sinus membranes. It doesn't always appear to work for me though. However, it's worth trying.
never heard of it.
Yes. I haven't used an actual neti pot, but something that does one and the same thing. It is a substantial bottle with a syringe train that you fill beside a lukewarm salt wet solution. You hold your head over a sink, and squeeze it up your nostrils until you in fact feel it coming into your throat. I be very skeptical at first, but have a horrible sinus headache and congestion and a friend urged me to try it. It worked! You can buy them in any foremost pharmacy. Unfortunately I don't know what it's called. A neti pot is duplicate principle, just a moment or two harder to use.
My mother-in-law swears to it, and sent us one when my husband had a stuffy proboscis. My girlfriend says she like hers. My husband said it was prickly. As for the one that my mother in imperative sent us recently.I looked at the picture on the box, near the woman sticking it up one side of her nose and smiling resembling she just get some and water pouring down the other side, I amount it's not for me and that I'd say thank you and use it to wet my plants. :) But I have 3 it works and 1 Ew (that would be me) answers for you. For me I found that 2 sudafed p.e. dries the mucus up and/or dayquil/nyquil works purely as well. :)
Yup and they work wonders..also flawless for tough headaches and for when you bring pain/pressure under your eyes, that nouns. when you use it, it flushes out the bad stuff and relieves the pressure!
