Do parasitic worms only come out of the anus or...?

I was thinking nearly getting my colon clensed but the site said that most people own worms and they will come out if your colon is cleansed.but then my freind said that worms can come out your "thing" or your mouth so I stoped.so will some one enlighten me if its trueDo parasitic worms only come out of the anus or...?
This is going to sound really bleak but in answer to your grill. Worms only come out of your anus but some worms in actuality start growing in your lungs and as expected cause irritation next you cough they come into your mouth (at this stage they are so small you wouldn't notice them) next you swallow them thats how they get to your stomach and inturn to your bowels. There are other ways to obtain parasitic worms but the end result is other in the completion...
sometimes they come out through your skin like zits but I dont guess the other is true.
