I enjoy had CFS for 17 years, Dx contained by Feb '90. I was 29 years frail. I have tried everything inwardly reason. Stimulants such as amphetamines do not work on CFS patients, say my current doctor, and every other doctor whom I've seen. And the side-effect when one comes bad it, is depression. People can go into a funk. If in attendance was a stimulant that would minister to me and others who are bed bound, it would be all over the CFS community. If at hand were any medication, treatment protocols, or biomarkers, we would be be doing it. However, you have asked a unbelievably pertinent question. I hope I've help. Best of luck to you. yes but try a diet change first. smaller amount sugar because you get that buzz after you crash real complicated.
