I need some give support to with this article, seems approaching everything i eat sets of stomach-ache and cramps in my stomach. Any well brought-up books that guides you in what to chomp through and what not to eat? ThanksDoes anybody know of any biddable books concerning IBS?

Eating for IBS is the only book I ever bought. Pretty virtuous, but hard to save to their diet regimine.
I was accidently cured after 14 years beside IBS by taking Toprol, a blood pressure medication. It doesn't make much sense but I still clutch it today without problems.
