Does anyone know how infantile you can treat children's acne?

My 8 yr old have developed mild acne on his face and upper arms. Washing does not brand it go away. Any suggestions?Does anyone know how infantile you can treat children's acne?
Poor little guy. I also developed acne at an hasty age. Try washing his frontage and upper arms with a cleanser containing salicylic sour. Then apply a thin stratum of persa gel 10. You can get it at the drugstore. It have benzoyl peroxide, a proven acne fighting ingredient. If that doesn't abet I would take him to the doctor. Acne can be devastating to a child's esteem.
Doctor drop by is my advice.
He may be allergic to something. See a dermatologist for the best results
a dermatologist is what you inevitability, at that age... id hold to say its not an issue of wash him and that its much more then purely his skin.

Yes, a Doctor sounds like a righteous idea. Doctor first, but within my personal experience, medication can often net it worse, I had verbs skin when I only used regular hip bath soap.
