Absolutely not. You don't need cancer and aids within order to control population, i.e., if it needed controlling. If you knew much nearly the complexity of the human body and how many millions of things can move about wrong with it, and know much about microbes, viruses, and disease, you would find it a miracle that any of us survive for any amount of time.
Yes, I sometimes suspect they do. But it's not because of population control. It's something like money. If they cured these diseases, then the pharmaceutical companies couldn't variety millions passing out pills.
I live within the US. illness way money for the drug companies.
I believe in preventing disease, I am a condition nut.
I believe doctors don't want cures...they are all around money in this country.
Our affairs of state is hand contained by hand beside the drug companies and the profits are too good to tolerate go. They don't spawn a profit if they cure anyone.
Added to the fact that the more elder around the higher condition costs will be. An average elder with one or two problems will bear an average of 11 prescriptions a day.
As for population control...that is to say called War...read your history...
