I agree with everyone seem everything I looked up says that hose down seems to be a major factor in family that get craps. ( I catch them sometimes to so I was only just as curious) Other things are : Low potassium,low magnesium and low calcium. A doctor might want to do a blood test to see the level of your potassium if to high or to low it could be a big factor within craps. So the bottom line.get through your fruits and veggies and drink water...stretch within the shower or before getting dressed to manufacture a habbit of it. Hope it stops~! Ouch
