Does anyone hold suggestions on how to cure ring worm?

I am pretty sure I have ring worm, it is a pinkish red protruded patch of sores within the shape of an unconnected oval on the rear legs of my left leg. The sore is sometimes itchy and is located beneath my buttocks. I have be applying rubbing alcohol to the area, but no progress have been made this far. Does anyone own suggestions on how to cure ring worm?Does anyone hold suggestions on how to cure ring worm?
Anti-fungal cream like Tinactin.
You necessitate to see the doc - 2 reasons:
1) To confirm it really IS ringworm. Sounds similar to it might be by the description you give.
2) You have need of to get a prescription for Bactroban (Mupirocin) balm. It is prescription only - so gotta see the doc.
Bactroban is the treatment of choice for ringworm and impetigo.
Try NOT to cut into it - it might spread.
Ringworm is a fungal infection, kinda like athletes foot. Wash and dry the affected nouns and apply lamisil cream once in the morning and once at darkness. Even after it goes away, still apply the cream so that it doesn't come subsidise. Make sure to wash your hand after putting the cream on. Ringworm is very contagious and can be picked up anywhere.
