If it is metastatic disease to the lung, that means that the innovative cancer was somewhere else and that bits of it moved to your lung and begin growing there. Adenocarcinoma of the lung, from a metastatic origin-well first they will try to find out where it come from. Where it came from is the primary site of cancer. They will determine which one they want to treat and move about from there. If they don't find it afterwards they will just treat the lung.
Lung cancer have a very low survival rate and if it have already spread from some where else specifically not a good sign.
