Try drinking seltzer water. I drink a chalice every night earlier bed. Thats seems to help out me!
I get RLS once surrounded by a while. If I exercize enough during the time, such as taking a brisk walk, I don't seem to be to have any problems at hours of darkness.
Requip has be a Godsend to me...I have suffered from it for years...and it didn't own a "name" years ago...
Try uping your dosage...it's what I had to do...(I am very soon on 10 mg)
AND add Yoga...(the stretching seem to help, some...)..
Keeping my stress stratum low and not getting to tired seem to own helped.
Mine be initiated as a drug side effect - I stopped the drug, but the leg-jerking continued.
Hi!! Had this problem in my pre-teen yrs & the discomfort was so intense it would get up me up in the hours of darkness. These days I don't find it occurring as much. Anyhoo searched online & found that although in attendance is no known exact for this or cure @ this time the site did say this:
