Does anyone know if you chomp through garlic if it keep mosquitos away from you within the summer months?
no but I have hear of a certain herb that you can transport that keeps the mosquitoes away because it emit a certain smell that the mosquitoes dislike intensely but humans cannot smell it
I can not remember the herb's nickname for the life of me but adjectives I know is its in medication forms and you can get it at the strength food stores
If I remember than I will repost
It does not. I love garlic and mosquitos still love me. This is folklore. Low DEET mosquito repellent is the way to travel. Or stay inside and well covered, esp at twilight.
purely get you a bottle of Skin-So-Soft body grease and put on your body,do not put perfume on it will draw attention to the mosquitos, but the Skin-So-Soft will keep them sour and you can order it from AVON.its not that much and it worth it.
It (garlic breath) will surely keep hold of friends and family away though - basically kidding. Citronella grease - its in red peel, lemon grass, etc.
