Does anyone own guidance on getting rid of "mites"?

My doctor prescribed an emulsion.. as far as getting rid of , if in your home, i am a firm believer within letting the professionals do their job, and after i have someone who know what they are doing.. It is tricky to get rid of .. everything top to bottom requests to be cleaned, in some cause gotten rid of..
I wash my bedding beside hot water and own my mattresses at home in mattress oodles, top and bottom..
no carpeting helps..
dust astern dressers and vacuum frequently..

Those steamers they market on TV are supposed to work. Saw it on a TV special on the new bout near mites in hotels and stuff.
Mites or "ring worm"? or "Scabies" most doctors won't shift into details but, give you an adjectives around medication for everything. Without a real lab oral exam and sometime, it takes awhile to find out what exactly it is, he'll/she'll in recent times give you the adjectives around prescription for scabies and call it flawless. It will cover everything. You must follow all directions to the "T" or it doesn't work and, everyone within the house must do "it"
