Does anyone know where on earth you can buy diabetic chocolate contained by the UK?
Boots, they stock a whole variety of diabetic foods, the chocolate is awful though, it also works as a laxative if you eat abundantly lol.
If you fancy some chocolate just own some, take for a time extra insulin to cover the choc that you eat or do a touch more exercise, you can eat chocolate, you won't die from it, merely in moderation.
When I be diagnosed at 14 I was made to judge that eating a lump of chocolate would kill me, I be terrified. Im still here, no problems healthwise and loving the occasional chocolate hotel too.
With chocolate being a bit expensive for us diabetics
it`s a bit firm to find but Asda have choc bar as do
Thornton's who have a general range of lovely chocs ,Boots
is another.Good choc hunting.
Why guzzle that fake chocolate beside the same carb effectiveness as regular chocolate ?
If you want chocolate: go for it.
Count the carbs and cover near medication, portion control , exercise and diet.
The fake stuff hurts your tummy and taste like... capably crud !
Greetings for the US.
Enjoy.
