Does anyone know what this skin condition is?

Imagine how a bubble looks when you blow a bubble with bubble gum, extruding from your jaws, smooth and shiny. Well, I occasionally see a woman with bubbles on her skin merely like that, but skin colored. She have many of them, some small, but some colossal and gross. She has bubbles on her skin, mostly her arms. This is not a reckless, or keloid scars, or any compassionate of tumors I have ever hear of, but bubbly skin.
Has anyone seen this, or hear of it? What is it? Is it contagious? Thank you for any information you can share.Does anyone know what this skin condition is?
yes I too have see similar conditions for one of my friend's son. But this is fully under the cloth covered nouns of chest, back and forearms. Tested for adjectives conditions in Skin labs and specialists. No body know what is the reason, how it have come and how to cure?
May be abnormal fatty cyst~
Has SHE be diagnosed by a DOCTOR?
That would be the ONLY way to know what it actual is.
