I used to be allergic to wheat and gluten for 11 years (but next got heal from it a few weeks ago wooooo!).
It's not bad once you seize used to it. Do you think you are also allergic to gluten? If so, you will own to watch out for more stuff. Generally, look out for cereal, some processed meats hold wheat, wheat starch or wheat gluten in, sauces may use flour as a thickener, cake, biscuits, bread, pasta, pizza etc. But nowadays prevalent supermarkets have fantastic ranges of allergy food, which recurrently tastes nice. Also, you should be capable of get things on prescription, I other preferred prescription bread rather than what you could buy within the shops. You can buy nice cakes and biscuits, and also they are lovely to net when you find a flour you like.
The biggest issue is eating out, but as long as you're prepared, you'll be fine. Some restaurants own gluten free menus (though not many), but if you tell the staff surrounded by advance or when you attain there they may be rather accommodating.

i enjoy a wheat allergy. basically theres not much you can put away. you get use to it after a while. its stuff resembling fruit and vegetables and rice, but always read the ingrediants in the past you buy something
