Do you surface that the desires of this one personage outweigh the desires of the group (see extra details)?

According to this article, http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070530/ap_o... , the groom has be flagged for tuberculosis, yet he took several flights surrounded by order to return home for treatment.
Was this right for him to do this, especially when you consider the other relatives who were exposed to TB surrounded by the process?Do you surface that the desires of this one personage outweigh the desires of the group (see extra details)?
Yes, he has a form of TB that isn't responding to the treatment. TB isn't a cold. he poor to listen to doctors orders. He be stupid for thinking that jeopordizing others life be more important than his own. He's made it clear he isn't going to follow the rules, so why should they bend for him.
I read this, but even so can't believe it. If it had be so serious why not keep him quarantined when he be diagnosed?
On a second note, This guy is a egocentric !@#$ <Insert Derogatory word here> to jeopardize all these other lives (including his wife and everyone else at his Wedding.)
He does state that he be unaware that it be as serious as it was, however in the article it states he be even told to turn himself over to authorities overseas.
