Pain at the site at this point isn't everyday, but it does happen, especially if you don't hold a lot of subcutaneous corpulent to cushion the device. See your doctor (the one who put the device in) to make sure zilch dangerous is going on; within some cases he can reposition the pacemaker to alleviate pain. Be prepared, though, for him to discourage you, since repositioning the pacemaker take a risk of infection that's significantly greater than the risk of initial implantation.
